Accounts and creations

We store your name, email and a hashed password when you register, and use a sign-in session to identify your account. Creation topics, lyrics, task results and credit records support saved work, progress updates and billing checks. Vercel hosts the website; Neon stores account and task records.

Do not include passwords, card details or unnecessary sensitive information in creative inputs or feedback.

AI generation services

Lyrics generation sends your creative input to OpenRouter and the selected model provider. When you submit a video task, the performer photo, performance instructions and selected lyrics are sent to SeeAPI and its model providers. Use only photos and text you are entitled to process.

Videos saved on this website require their owning account to sign in. Links to videos stored by SeeAPI can be accessed by anyone with the link, without signing in to this website. This does not establish that a video is listed in a public gallery. Do not upload sensitive portraits or photos without permission.

SeeAPI currently states that stored inputs, outputs and task information have no scheduled automatic expiry; API request records and logs are retained for 60 days. Deleting a website file or revoking a photo link does not erase copies already sent for processing. Contact us to request provider deletion; its scope, backups and copies held by other model providers need separate confirmation.

SeeAPI states that it does not use API inputs or outputs to train AI models. We have not verified an equivalent commitment from every upstream model provider.

Photos, videos and deletion

Saved photos and videos are accessed through their owning account and stored in private Cloudflare R2 storage. There is currently no automatic expiry. Use the photo or video deletion controls; photos used by unfinished tasks must wait until those tasks are resolved. Deleting a source photo after completion does not delete its finished video.

Deletion revokes website access before requesting removal from private storage. Unconfirmed removal leaves a cleanup record for review. Deleting a finished video preserves its task and credit records and does not refund completed generation costs. It cannot remove downloaded files or prove erasure of provider copies or backups.

Feedback and email

The contact form stores your name, contact email, optional company and message, then notifies the site team through Resend. Feedback is available to authorized administrators and is not published. Your submitted email is used for replies and is not independently verified. A received acknowledgement does not establish email delivery.

Accounts, feedback and credit records currently have no automatic expiry. Use the contact form to request access, correction or deletion of your information. We verify the connection to your account and explain records that need to remain for billing reconciliation, unresolved work or applicable obligations.

Payments and access records

Stripe hosts card entry. We store records needed to reconcile orders, subscriptions, refunds and credits, rather than full card numbers.

Hosting and service providers may process access records needed to deliver the website, protect it and diagnose failures. See the cookie notice for browser storage and optional analytics. We do not claim every service operates in one country or follows one retention rule.
